Kodi 19.2 IPA Download For iOS 15, Android APK And More Released

You can now download Kodi 19.2 IPA for iOS 15, and even iPadOS 15 running on iPhone and iPad, along with APK for Android. Here are the details.

It’s been a few months since Kodi Matrix 19.1 was released to the public but now there’s a new update ready to go in the form of version 19.2. The update, which is available for download now, comes with a ton of fixes under the hood.

Like the team behind Kodi notes, this update isn’t about adding new features. It’s about making sure that the current features work as well as they can and that bugs are squashed. To that end, there’s a lengthy list of changes that can be found on the project’s GitHub page, while a shorter version is available on the Kodi website.

Anyone who has an existing installation should be able to install this new release over the top, we’re told.

You should be fine to install this straight over the top of your existing Kodi version – indeed, this will happen automatically on many platforms – but, if you’ve any doubts, back up your userdata beforehand. Similarly, this is a minor version bump, so there’s no change to database versions or anything similar on the vast majority of platforms; the exception is obviously Xbox, where users need to be aware that, for them, this is a major upgrade (18.9 to 19.2).

If you’re using a device with automatic updates enabled you might already be running this new version right now, too.
