After a long wait, iPad version of “YourTube” has finally arrived on Cydia by the name of “YourTube HD”. For those of you who don’t know, YourTube is a popular program for jailbroken iOS devices which can be used to save or download videos from YouTube right on your iPhone, iPod touch and now even on iPad !

After porting preliminary release of Flash to iPhone, the guy behind Spirit untethered jailbreak tool for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has now managed to run “real” Flash content right on the jailbroken Apple iPad. Dubbed as “Frash”, this is basically a port of Adobe Flash runtime for Android running on iPad using a compatibility layer. You can check out the video after the break to see it for yourself. This is big news for Hulu users! The future of television is here!! The official Hulu blog has confirmed the popular American TV service for the iPhone, iPad, Xbox LIVE and PlayStation 3 platforms. Dubbed as Hulu Plus, this premium service will offer more than what you’d expect from Hulu’s free service. It will feature entire season of shows which are otherwise available in limited quantities only on the free service, as well as other programs that are not available via Hulu on the web.
iWork suite will probably come to iPhones (maybe an iPhone 4 only exclusive like iMovie?) officially sometime this year. But apparently, an iPhone dev/hacker has already managed to get iPad version of Pages up and running on the higher resolution screen of iPhone 4. According to him, he has managed to do this by hacking the info.plist file in iOS 4 and then resigning it.
As was expected, Apple has just released iBooks app for iPhones iPod touches running the newly released iOS 4. This release basically makes iBooks a universal binary, which means that you can run the same app on both the iPhone and iPad.
The developers behind Infiniboard, Infinidock, ProSwitcher and the UI designer of Spirit untethered jailbreak tool for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has just released the alpha version of ProSwitcher app for iPad. ProSwitcher for iPad enables switching between applications (multitasking) running in background in a beautiful Palm Pre style card view mode. It basically act as a graphical extension to the already popular app from Cydia called Backgrounder to present all opened apps in a tabbed view, similar to the view seen on Mobile Safari browser.
The long awaited Google Earth app for iPad has just gone live in the iTunes App Store. This is basically Google Earth 3.0 which comes as a universal binary to support both iPhone and iPad. The official description of the app is as follows.
