Whether the new leaked snaps of the apparently working device are legitimate or not is anybody's guess, but given the number of leaks we've seen already, it's fair to say that the new snaps offer a fairly accurate representation of what's in store. Facebook's decision to decouple its Messenger app from Facebook proper has caused much upset amongst those that rely on the feature in order to keep in touch with people. We found that our use of Facebook Messenger increased once the decoupling took place, but it seems we're in the minority.

The so-called 'Tech Preview' of Microsoft's Windows 9 has been tentatively slated for launch the end of this month, and although the software giant is not yet dead-set on a date, some details are beginning to emerge as to what said release might entail. According to a new report, we could see the Notification Center of Windows 9 as part of the Tech Preview, something which we’ve heard about before, and while it won't be finished, it'll give us a flavor as to what's in store for the eventual Windows 9 launch.
TestFlight has just made an appearance on the App Store for the very first time, and with the beta-testing app looking ready to roll ahead of the imminent launch of iOS 8, iPhone and iPad developers will soon reap the benefits of this renowned infrastructure for testing out unfinished applications.
In the run-up to IFA 2014, Motorola's invitation alluded to four separate devices. There were two smartphones, which we now know to be the Moto G and Moto X, as well as the Moto 360 smartwatch. The other, rather more mysterious item in the teaser was an earpiece, which has today been unveiled as the Moto Hint. It's not only tiny, unassuming and stylish, but it works as an all-in-one digital assistant, and while the wearables market is currently littered with head-mounted devices and watches very much like the Moto 360, this interesting product has certainly caught our attention.
Samsung once again took to the stage at IFA to announce the latest addition to its famed Galaxy Note series earlier this week, and as we continue to digest the multitude of new features introduced with the Galaxy Note 4, the new lock screen and home screen wallpaper is already available to download. Seeing as they’re essentially just images, you can download and use them on any smartphone, and thanks to the incredibly high resolution of the device, you'll be able to get away with it on most tablets as well.
Motorola's heavily-lauded Moto 360 smartwatch has just gone on general sale in the United States at the cost of $250, and with similar roll-outs in the UK and Canada to follow, there's a strong feeling that this wearable will establish an early sales lead over the rest of the field.
