Amazon is currently offering the Apple AirPods with Wireless Charging Case for just $154.99. Normally, these would sell for around $200, making this a saving of almost a quarter. These are the latest AirPods with the case that can be charged using any standard Qi charger.
By this point everyone is surely well aware of what makes AirPods so popular that Apple struggles to keep them in stock. They’re instantly paired with devices and are ready to go at a moment’s notice thanks to that Apple H1 chip. The earbuds themselves charge when placed into the Wireless Charging Case which itself can be charged via either a Qi charging pad or a Lightning cable.
When in use the AirPods can be tapped and double-tapped to invoke Siri, skip tracks, and more. And with Siri access you can do all kinds of things, including make hands-free calls. Pair the AirPods with a cellular Apple Watch and you have everything you need to make and receive calls without having an iPhone nearby.
We’re big, big fans of AirPods and they’re the first earbuds that we’ve carried around at all times, just in case we need them. They’re so small that you can put them into a pocket and forget they’re there. Which is unfortunately not a good thing when you put them through the washing machine!
