iOS 27 Siri AI Waitlist, Here’s How To Join

Apple made the first beta versions of iOS 27, iPadOS 27, and macOS 27 available to developers following the WWDC 2026 opening keynote on June 8. But developers will need to join a waitlist if they want to try out one of the biggest new additions to those releases.

Siri AI is an expansion of Apple Intelligence that upgrades Siri’s abilities on compatible devices.

But even after installing one of the new beta updates, developers will have to opt into a waitlist before the Siri AI functionality will become available. It’s unclear how long the waitlist will be, but almost 24 hours after the betas’ release, we’ve heard of very few people gaining access.

Developers who want to join the waitlist can install the iOS 27 beta and then head to Settings > Siri to do so.

Apple says that developers will receive a notification when Siri AI is available to them.

The new Siri AI functionality is free, although there will be daily limits to some of its features. Apple says that iCloud+ subscribers will benefit from increased AI limits, but details are so far hard to come by.

Apple will ship Siri AI in beta when it releases its new software updates to the public this fall. It’ll be limited to English, but will not be available to iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch users in the European Union.
