A new tool that could potentially be used to gain access to an iCloud account, named iDict, has been stopped in its tracks after Apple beefed up its security.
Starting January 6th Apple will begin selling unlocked, unsubsidized iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones via both its online and retail stores, bringing the country in-line with many international markets.
Apple's security has been under the microscope on more than one occasion in recent times, none more high profile than the widespread leak of celebrity private images back in late August of last year. But at that time, Apple stepped out and dispelled any notion of responsibility, claiming that those stung were hit due to the frailty of their passwords and lack of two-step verification, and with a new iCloud-based hack having emerged over the past few hours, it seems that those with weak password combos are once again susceptible.

Apple Pay is still very much in its infancy but those that are able to take advantage of it have universally good things to report. Well, this is a turn up for the books. Customer satisfaction surveys have long found Apple to be the champ when it comes to pleasing those who purchased its products, but according to recent findings, those who picked up a Samsung gadget in 2014 were generally happier with their haul than folk wielding devices featuring the famous bitten apple logo.
Apple's new smartwatch doesn't even have a proper release date yet and the war is already well and truly underway between the Apple Watch and the plethora of Android-powered alternatives that continue to beat it to market. Unsurprisingly though, the Apple Watch has already made some friends in the technology space and one notoriously outspoken figure is sounding the battle cry in Cupertino's favor.

Being able to get refunds for apps bought via the App Store has been at the center of much discussion for some time. While Google gives downloaders two hours to request a refund for apps they bought by mistake or that simply don’t work as advertised, Apple has never really given any proper indication as to its own policy. Plenty of people have successfully received refunds for apps, but the policy has never been as clear as it could be.
