Amazon is already discounting Apple’s hot new iPad mini to the bargain price of just $459.99. What makes this so interesting is the fact the refreshed iPad mini isn’t even available yet – it’ll begin deliveries on September 24. You don’t need to enter any discount codes and there are no on-screen coupons to contend with here, either. Just place your order as normal and you’re good to go.
