Apple Releases Public Beta 4 Of iOS 15, iPadOS 15, watchOS 8, And tvOS 15

Apple has today released a new raft of updates for those who are part of the public beta program for iOS 15, iPadOS 15, watchOS 8, and tvOS 15.

Everyone who is now on one of those public beta programs can now download the latest beta updates so long as they have the required profiles and whatnot installed and ready to go.

This latest release comes two weeks after Apple put the last round of public betas out into the wild and those who aren’t yet part of the public beta program can look to sign up on Apple’s Public Beta website.

As ever, we would only recommend installing these beta updates on devices that you can afford to have issues with. A generally stable as these betas have been this year, there are still problems to be expected and you can’t guarantee that everything will work when you need it to. Keep that idea in mind when deciding whether to install these public betas on your devices.

In terms of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, you should also remember that Apple continues to tweak the way Safari 15 looks and behaves. If you’d rather wait until Apple has all of its web browser ducks in a row before trying it out, we’d suggest doing exactly that.

All of Apple’s big software updates are expected to be made available to everyone this coming September and October, so you won’t have too much longer to wait before you can install these things if you aren’t keen on living that beta life.
