The wait is almost over. Apple has finally announced the new Mac Pro 2019 and Pro Display XDR release / order date.

Announced via email and sent to those who signed up via “Notify me” availability notification on Apple’s website, both the new Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR will be available to order on Tuesday, December 10th, with shipping likely to happen before the end of year so that Apple could meet their deadline for Fall 2019 release.

Strangely enough, as of this writing, Apple’s official pages for both Mac Pro and Pro Display XDR have not been updated yet to reflect this release date, with both pages still having “Coming This Fall” text there.

As for pricing, the base model of Mac Pro will start from $5,999 with various built-to order configurations also being available to those who want to customize their machine. Pricing for built-to order configurations are unknown but is likely to be revealed on the December 10 release date.

The 6K panel Pro Display XDR on the other hand will cost $4,999 with optional add-on stand accessory costing an extra $999.

We will of course update you as soon as the ordering goes live on Apple’s website come December 10. Stay tuned for more.
