iPhone 11 Pro Max Battery Life Vs Galaxy Note 10 Vs Huawei Mate 30 Pro Comparison

When Apple announced the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max it said that all three devices were capable of longer battery life than their respective predecessors the iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max. And now it turns out that the battery is so good it even beats out the competition.

YouTuber Arun Maine got his hands on all of the new iPhones along with a Huawei Mate 30 Pro and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. And then he ran a suite of tests to see how their batteries fared.

Those tests included launching and using all kinds of apps including Instagram and games. The outcome was pretty impressive if you’re Apple, with the Galaxy Note 10+ and Mate 30 Pro both outlasted by the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Apple’s new flagship phone ships with a 3,969 mAh capacity battery, which is pretty large. But Huawei’s new hotness has an even more impressive capacity of 4,500 mAh. Yet it still managed to lose out to the iPhone 11 Pro Max.

That’s likely down to Apple tuning the A13 chip and iOS being less power hungry than Android. Whatever the reasoning, all that really matters is that the iPhone 11 Pro Max is the new king of the hill when it comes to battery life. And that’s pretty amazing.

Apple released the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max this past Friday, September 20th. All three are available now.
