India’s ‘Eros Now Select’ Streaming Service Brings Bollywood To Apple TV Channels

Apple TV channels now has a new streaming service thrown into the mix, Eros Eros Now Select bringing Indian movies and TV shows to the TV app.

That app is available on all of Apple’s devices as well as some streaming boxes as well as smart TVs.

Anyone subscribing to Eros Now Select via Apple TV channels will be able to watch content as normal as well as take advantage of other features. They include things like offline downloads as well as family sharing, etc.

Commenting on the announcement, Ali Hussein, CEO, Eros Now said, “The launch of Eros Now Select on ‌Apple TV‌ channels reaffirms our global presence and deepens our connection with audiences in the US by bringing them the best of Indian and international content.”

Another advantage of subscribing to Eros Now Select via Apple TV channels is the fact that payment is then handled by Apple, via the iTunes store. If you’re someone who likes to keep your details in one place and your payments coming out from a single location, this could be worth considering.

One final benefit is being able to watch Apple TV channel content via the TV app without having to venture out to the – usually poor – apps that service providers create themselves.
