Apple’s New HomePod mini Colors Are Now Available In Australia And New Zealand

Apple’s colorful new HomePod mini speakers are now available in Australia and New Zealand, with the UK and other countries also set to follow suit.

While a MacRumors report notes that Australian and New Zealander HomePod mini fans can now head to their online Apple Stores to buy the new colors now, it seems more countries are also getting in on the act.

The UK and France currently list the new colors as being available from the end of this week.

The new HomePod mini comes in orange, yellow, and blue to join the existing space gray and silver colors. Beyond the change in appearance the new HomePod mini devices are the same as the old ones, so nobody with an existing speaker should rush out to buy a new one.

The new yellow, orange, and blue models all have color-matched woven power cables, but there’s still a white Apple sticker in the box, along with a 20W USB-C power adapter. There are no other changes to the HomePod mini beyond the new colors, and pricing remains $149 in Australia and $159 in New Zealand, including sales tax.

Apple made the new colors available in United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan a few weeks ago and promised that more countries would get them soon. That now seems to be happening, with Austria, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the UK all expected to have the speakers available by the end of the month.
