Apple Music Is Now Supported By Waze For The First Time

Waze has now gained support for Apple Music for the first time, adding another music streaming option for those who use the hugely popular mapping and navigation app on their devices.

The Google-owed outfit announced the addition of Apple Music support via a blog post today, saying that “Apple Music will seamlessly integrate with Waze, so you can keep your eyes on the road while enjoying the ride.”

With a direct connection between the apps, you can now access Apple Music content directly from the Waze Audio Player. Enjoy more than 90 million songs, tens of thousands of curated playlists, Apple Music Radio and more while you navigate. We’re thrilled to join forces with Apple Music to bring Apple Music subscribers their tunes while driving with Waze on iPhone.

Waze offers a crowd-sourced mapping and navigation solution that professional drivers often swear by. Its collection of information based on traffic and obstructions, often based on information provided by other Waze users, makes it the perfect tool for people who spend their days in the driver’s seat.

Now, those people can also take advantage of a deep Apple Music integration for the first time, too.

Waze is a free download from the Apple App Store and is well worth checking out the next time you take a trip.
