Apple Has Launched A New Online Shopping Hub For Customers

Apple currently has the vast majority of its physical stores closed thanks to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. While more are opening right now this isn’t something that will happen overnight, so Apple has launched a new online hub to make it easier than ever for people to find information about products.

And, as you’d expect, buy them.

Located at apple.com/shop and linked from the main Apple landing page, the new hub doesn’t have any new content as such. Instead, it brings multiple corners of Apple’s website closer together while putting them all in one, easy to use location.

While Apple does give users the chance to buy things, there are also links to specialists as well as technical support personnel. Apple’s Today at Apple videos are also linked from the new hub.

Again, it’s important to note that there isn’t anything new here but the layout of everything is much more user friendly. Someone visiting apple.com/shop will be able to more easily find what they need than visiting the main Apple website.

While Apple Stores are closed internationally, stores in Austria, Australia, Germany, and select other locations are now open once more. Other international stores will also follow suit, although there is no timescale for when and how that will happen so far.
