It is for quite sometime now that Apple fans have been waiting for refreshed line of MacBook Pro’s with the new Intel Core i5/i7 chips. The current-gen of MacBook Pro and MacBook Air are due for an update, and numerous hints and rumors over the past few months have put many Apple fans on waiting anxiously for the updated models to appear in the market. The wait still continues without any major hint or even an indication as to when or if these new models are going to arrive.
It has been confirmed by an Apple Store employee that Apple will now be selling iPhones to customers without having to purchase an AT&T plan. Anyone can purchase an iPhone from their retail stores but there’s a limit of purchasing one iPhone per customer per day, and a customer can only purchase 10 of them in their lifetime.
In October last year, Apple unveiled its new iMac lineup, which also featured a brilliant 27-inches LED-backlit display model in a new edge-to-edge glass design and seamless all aluminum enclosure. Unfortunately, this pretty beast, which was powered by Core 2 Duo/Core i5/Core i7 had display issues at launch, most notably flickering and yellow screens which was later acknowledged by Apple.

Apple started receiving pre-orders for the newly announced iPad on March 12, with the promise to start shipping iPad and its accessories by April 3. However, in the past few days, Apple has amended some of the shipping schedules of their branded iPad accessories. The revised schedule of some of these accessories can be seen in the screenshot below.
Business Insider is reporting that approximately 91,000 iPads were sold in the first 6 hours of the presale. With the presale lasting 8 hours, they must have hit 100,000 pre-orders today. These numbers are just estimates, but still impressive.
Apple Store in the US has just been updated to include the new iPad, both the Wi-Fi only version, and Wi-Fi + 3G version for pre-order starting from today. The Wi-Fi only model comes in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions and are available for $499, $599 and $699 respectively. It will ship on 3rd April for free. The Wi-Fi + 3G version of iPad also comes in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions and can be bought for $629, $729 and $829 respectively. The Wi-Fi + 3G version however wont ship before late April 2010.
Capcom's much anticipated iPhone port of Street Fighter IV was just released last night. This classic franchise is perfect for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Many have been on the edge of their seats, since it was announced.
The Loop is reporting that it is possible the iPhone and iPad firmware will not unify until fall of this year. iPad will be released with OS 3.2, but the folks over at The Loop are suggesting the iPhone OS will not be updated until the summer, with the release of new hardware.
