As you may well be aware by now, the introduction of iOS 8.2 brought with it a shiny new stock app, dedicated purely to the the Cupertino company's first new product in the last five years, the Apple Watch. The new "Apple Watch" app is designed and offered as a companion kit to work alongside and get the most out of Apple's new smartwatch, but at the moment, is pretty useless without an actual physical Watch to pair with it. Thankfully, in a similar fashion to the recently revealed Apple Watch Activity app, developer Hamza Sood has managed to bypass this restriction and has posted screenshots of the app in its entirety.
Google announced back in January that it would be offering support for 360-degree video 'within weeks.' Technically, today fits within that timescale which is just dandy, because of this very date people can now watch a selection of 360-degree videos on YouTube.

Microsoft's Cortana digital assistant has been the subject of rave reviews since first emerging with Windows Phone 8.1, and having begun life as a mobile-based service, will be an integral part of the software giant's wider ecosystem with Windows 10. As the company continues to ready its forthcoming edition of Windows, it has now been revealed that Cortana will be headed to both iOS and Android in the near future, and given the numerous capabilities of Cortana and the improvements that'll no doubt arrive during the coming months, it's a move that actually makes a great deal of sense.
