Leaked Screenshots Show iPhone 13 Pre-Orders Go Live On September 17, AirPods 3 To Launch On September 30

A new report claims that Apple will make the iPhone 13 lineup available for pre-order on Friday, September 17 while the new AirPods will reportedly go on sale on September 30.

The news comes via an e-commerce app that appears to have outed the dates, as spotted by the Chinese site IT Home.

The screenshot, which was first posted to Weibo by user PandaIsBald, suggests that all four of the new iPhones will go up for pre-order on the same day; iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

However, it’s important to remember that this is little more than a screenshot and there is no guarantee that it is accurate. This same website, IT Home, has a spotty history with such reports so it’s important to keep that in mind when considering the potential dates.

Regardless of when it happens, Apple is expected to launch four new iPhones with smaller notches and mmWave 5G support across more countries. The new AirPods are likely to borrow from the AirPods Pro design, but won’t bring the same ANC and Transparency mode features to the table.

Apple has a big few months on its hands with the new iPhones and AirPods set to be joined by new iPads and new Macs, too.
