LG Pokes Fun At iPhone 6 Plus Bendgate Using… Twitter For iPhone [Screenshot]

Aatif·September 26, 2014
Apple’s new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are barely out, and akin to the famous Antennagate that plagued the iPhone 4 when it was revealed, these two have sprouted a new debate over the “Bendgate” fiasco as it is being called. In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last few days, Bendgate essentially refers to the iPhone 6 Plus getting bent under pressure, or, in some cases, just by being kept in the pocket for extended periods of time.

Mother Of All Drop Tests: iPhone 6 Plus Endures A Drop From 12,000 Feet [Video]

Throwing phones to the ground is becoming quite the YouTube hit these days, but few can compete with someone dropping an iPhone from 12,000 feet.

The iPhone 6 May Not Be Waterproof, But It Can Survive A Dunking Anyway [Video]

Oliver Haslam·September 24, 2014
Up until a couple of years ago, the idea of having a smartphone that was waterproof was just a pipe dream, but now both Sony and Samsung have been at the forefront of offering devices that not just take to water in a somewhat duck-like fashion, but are also equally happy to waddle around in dust, too. Water and dust resistance is a feature that many had hoped would come to the new iPhones when Apple announced them a couple of weeks ago, but it wasn't to be.

Oliver Haslam·September 23, 2014
While we mere mortals were lining up outside Apple Stores around the world, a select group of people were waiting for their own, rather special iPhone 6 handsets to find their way to them. They also cost quite a bit more than those we were looking to pick up.

Drop Test: iPhone 6 Vs iPhone 6 Plus [Video]

Oliver Haslam·September 19, 2014
With the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus now beginning to go on sale around the world, eager buyers are lining up in order to try and make sure they're amongst the first to walk away with Apple's latest wares. But what do you do when you've lined up for hours in the cold in order to spend a small fortune on a new smartphone?

Apple Watch Vs Moto 360 Vs Pebble Vs Gear Neo 2 [Smartwatch Comparison]

Ben Reid·September 19, 2014
With the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus currently dominating the headlines, we've scarcely had the opportunity to take a proper look at Apple's new watch line-up, which was announced in conjunction with the two new smartphones. With three main types and over thirty different varieties, the Cupertino company has clearly done its homework in bringing its first major wearable to market, and although it'll be a few months before Apple Watch makes retail, watch aficionados and techies alike seem to have taken to both the design and ecosystem.

This Mod Turns Xbox One Into A Killer Gaming Laptop [Video]

Oliver Haslam·September 15, 2014
It's probably fair to say that Microsoft's Xbox One isn't the most portable of things. Even if you ignore the fact that it needs hooking into a power outlet and a big TV screen in order to work, the case that the machine comes in simply doesn't lend itself to being moved around too often. You certainly wouldn't want to take it on a trip, for example.

Samsung Takes A Shot At iPhone 6 Plus In Its Latest Ad [Video]

Oliver Haslam·September 15, 2014
Samsung doesn't usually need any encouragement to do a spot of advertising, and with an ad budget that probably rivals the best of them it has started go use some of those dollars to poke yet more fun at Apple.

Old Habits Die Hard: Samsung Launches 6-Clip Anti-iPhone 6 Campaign [Video]

Ben Reid·September 12, 2014
Many of Apple's mobile adversaries, including HTC and Samsung, took to Twitter on Tuesday to offer their verdicts on the iPhone 6 / 6 Plus launch, and rather unsurprisingly, the new smartphone double-act didn't garner favorable reviews. While you'd expect rivals to take a pop at one another at times like this, though, there's a special animosity between Samsung and its Californian rival, and as such, the Korean outfit has upped the ante with a series of half a dozen clips picking faults in Apple's newly-unleashed devices. In addition, there's even a little dig at the hit-and-miss live stream that Apple put out, below, you can enjoy the playlist in its entirety.

Ben Reid·September 12, 2014
The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are nearing pre-order stage now, but given that neither will go on general sale until Friday, September 19th, the wait for the release is tantalizing. As well as tuning in to the swathes of media coverage and soaking up the information that trickles out on an hourly basis, you can now get up close and personal with both handsets in a virtual sense thanks to a new site dedicated to showcasing the two new models in three dimensions.
