OS X 10.7 Wont Feature Any iPhone like App Store, Says Steve Jobs

M Asad·April 26, 2010
The greatest strength of Apple and its iPhone has always been the availability of nearly 200,000 apps in the iTunes App Store. No other phone manufacturer has so far been able to match the success that iPhone’s App Store has got. This amazing success of the App Store has led to people wondering if Apple would bring such a business model to its OS X platform as well.

Thunderst0rm for iPhone 3.1.3 Jailbreak has been Released. Confirmed as Fake.

Taimur Asad·April 26, 2010
This is to inform you all that the software tool which promised to jailbreak and unlock iPhone 3.1.3 untethered on 05.12.01 baseband for all the iDevices has finally been released. And as I previously envisaged, the tool has now been confirmed as fake. The reason why the file is size is so huge is because the executable file unnecessary packs large amount of random DLL files which does absolutely nothing.

Design of “Lost” iPhone 4G / HD was Nearly Final – Report

Taimur Asad·April 23, 2010
According to a recent report, the “lost” next-gen iPhone 4G which was recently reviewed and ripped apart was likely the final thing which Apple was set to unveil this summer at WWDC 2010. The famed Apple critic John Gruber of Daring Fireball revealed that the barcode of the “lost” phone N90_DVT-GE4X_0493 indicates that this prototype was very late into the game.

Split Keyboard For iPad [Concept]

M Asad·April 23, 2010
Due to its large screen size and space, iPad is extremely comfortable to work with in most cases. However, there are times when you feel awkward holding it from one hand, and typing from another in the landscape mode. Your one hand here becomes nothing more than a dock, whereas the other one remains hanging in air - used only for on-screen typing. Not so cool right?.

According to a recent report from Digitimes, Apple has started developing the next-generation iPad and that it will be using OLED screen technology for the display panels. The panels used are said to be same as the ones used in next-gen iPhone 4G. Apple is planning for a 2011 launch date, which shouldn't be too surprising considering all major Apple products like iPhones, iPods and Macs have a one-year release cycle.
