Apple’s Rumored March 2021 Media Event To Be Held On The 23rd

Apple will hold its first media event of 2021 on March 23 according to a new report. Leaked by “Kang” via DuanRui, the March 23 event is set to see the arrival of new products.

Also backed up by leaker Jon Prosser, the March 23 event is unlikely to be an in-person or live event, while a pre-recorded video is instead likely to be shared online.

Apple has used that method of announcing products over the last year thanks to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

It’s worth noting that the March 23 date is already in many calendars thanks to the impending OnePlus 9 reveal – although Apple is unlikely to care too much about that.

As for what the event will entail, Prosser also tweeted to say that a reliable source recently confirmed that multiple products are already complete and ready to go. Those include AirTags as well as a rumored refresh for the iPad Pro, AirPods, and Apple TV.

AirTags have been rumored for a launch for more than a year a this point but recent appearances in iOS 14.5 suggest that is now closer to coming to fruition than ever before.

Refreshed AirPods have also been leaked aplenty of late. A new Apple TV is long overdue, while a new iPad Pro is always welcome as well.
