Apple Support App For iOS Gets New UI Including Dark Mode Support And More

The Apple Support app for iPhone and iPad has received its biggest ever makeover, adding Dark Mode along the way. The update brings the version number to 4.0 and makes it easier than ever to find the help you need.

The Apple Support app is more important now than ever as people are unable to visit a local Apple Store whenever they need assistance.

While the addition of Dark Mode is a big visual change, it’s the new and improved chat and call experiences that will make a bigger difference to how people get help.

The full list of changes for the new Apple Support app reads:

  • All new customized user interface, including Dark Mode support
  • Get smarter solutions for even more topics using guided, step-by-step troubleshooting
  • It’s now easier to find support for all of your Apple services and subscriptions
  • New and improved chat and call experiences

The app is designed to allow users of all kinds of Apple Products – even something as simple as an Apple Watch band – to find information on their products and then seek additional help if required. It can be a vital resource, especially when Genius Bar appointments simply aren’t available to the vast majority of Apple’s customers.
