Download: iOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 IPSW Links, OTA Update Along With iPadOS 13.4.5 Beta 2 Released

You can now download iOS 13.4.5 beta 2 and iPadOS 13.4.5 beta 2 IPSW links and OTA update. These latest releases by Cupertino-based Apple Inc. are made available for all compatible iPhone and iPad models. Here are the details on the company’s latest software release.

Under normal circumstances, Apple would be making internal plans right now to unveil iOS 14 to a crowd of passionate developers from all over the world in just a matter of weeks. WWDC 2020 will still go ahead even with the current pandemic but it will follow an all-new online format.

Whether or not we still see the same announcements, including the unveiling of iOS 14, is anyone’s guess. With that said, we still have Apple working tirelessly in improving things and that shows once again with this latest developer-facing release.

As with the initial release of iOS and iPadOS 13.4.5, this is all about bug fixes and performance improvements. On occasion, some quite bug issues manage to get through into production and into the hands of users. Some users have experienced some notable issues with previous releases and Apple could be addressing those. Additionally, this release will simply address underlying issues and niggles as well as try and get some performance gains out of the firmware on all compatible devices. Although small in what it actually includes, this is definitely something that developers should be downloading and checking out to see what it performs with their own apps and software on iPhone and iPad.

If this is something that interests you, either personally or professionally, then go and grab the release right now on your compatible iPhone or iPad as an OTA update via the Settings > General > Software Update section of the device itself.

Keep in mind that you will need to have the required beta configuration profile installed on that device. Alternatively, you can grab the latest release as an IPSW file from developer.apple.com by signing in with relevant credentials that have access to pre-release software and firmware distributed by Apple.

As always, we will also be grabbing the update from this end and getting it installed to a number of test devices to see how iOS 13.4.5 and iPadOS 13.4.5 beta 2 perform against expectations.
