Although car accident story of the golf superstar Tiger Woods, was a cause of concern for his fans, but more so was the revealing of the news of his alleged affair with his Mistress Rachel Uchitel, that came like a bomb on the web. Later on, with addition of Jaimee Grubbs claim of having 31 months long affair with Woods followed by audio release of the voicemail recording of Woods requesting Jaimee Grubbs to wipe her phone call record, had blown it up to a big scandal that we already covered in our earlier posts.
Yesterday, Rachel called for a press conference in Los Angeles to appear personally before the media. There was strong speculation that Rachel would confess her earlier denial of the affair and reveal the truth. Surprisingly, the conference was called off on the last moment. This cancellation further made everyone suspicious about the entire scandal. Tiger Woods is now being accused of having negotiated a deal of one million-dollar pay-off to Rachel Uchitel for her silence. The New York Post has reported several exchanges of communication(calls) between Woods’ representatives and Gloria Allred, Rachel’s lawyer, who finally are believed to have struck the deal for the silence.
