Square Enix – the creators behind the worlds most popular RPG game has released few screenshots of Final Fantasy from the iPhone version of the said game. The Appera site, which has got hold of these screenshots has confirmed that Final Fantasy 1 and 2 are both finally headed to the iPhone platform. Though the price and release date of the game is unconfirmed at the moment.
The developer of sn0wbreeze has released final teaser video of sn0wbreeze which shows off a new feature which will be included when the final version is released this Thursday. This feature enables jailbroken iPhone and iPod touch users to change their boot logos without having to wipe-out anything. This method is referred to as NOR-only IPSW flashing. Video after the jump.
Today, in an attempt to have better interaction with general public, The White House has announced the official iPhone and iPod touch app named ‘The White House’. This app offers latest news updates, videos, photos and blog posts from the official White House blog. In addition, it also delivers live video streaming which from now on will enable iPhone and iPod Touch users to watch future Presidential addresses live on their favorite iDevice. The app also opens up access to White House speeches and press briefings in real-time.

According to a new patent application filed by Apple Computer Inc., the new and upcoming iPhone OS could offer contact icons on the home screen. These icons can be used to invoke apps, retrieve and display contacts information, or can be modified to display related info, tied to an individual contact. This patent, which was filed back in July 2008 states the following.
Adobe for the last one year or so has been actively involved in developing Flash Player for Android platform. They were quick to show off a demo of Flash Player 10.1 running on the Nexus One following the official announcement of the said phone by Google. According to informed sources at BGR, Apple has asked a few selected developers to prepare their apps that should support full screen resolution, and should be designed in a way to run on a larger screen rather than a 320×480 resolution screen of the iPhone. This news have given strength to the belief that Apple in its labs, has been discreetly preparing the long-rumored 7-inch tablet device to be made public in an event held in January 2010. Rumor also has it that a 9, and 11 inches tablets will follow this 7-inches tablet soon after.
