It's rare to see an app or game of any description release simultaneously for these three major ecosystems, but whatever your poison, you can now enjoy some enthralling go-kart action from the loveable characters of Angry Birds Go!
Family Guy, despite its longevity, remains one of the most popular shows on television, and the long-running animated series is finally going to be getting an official mobile game. FOX has joined forces with developer TinyCo to bring the Family Guy iOS / Android title, which has not yet been given an official name, to the App Store and Play Store at some point in 2014, so if you're a fan of the show, it shouldn't be too long before the first official Family Guy game reaches your iOS or Android device.
Although there are plenty of action-adventure titles available for gamers to enjoy, Assassin's Creed is arguably the most popular franchise, and having made a name for itself on console and PC, Ubisoft has just pushed Assassin’s Creed: Pirates for iOS over at the App Store, and Android on Play Store. The publisher made it known a few months back that the mobile version was on its way, and now, the simultaneous release for both of the two major ecosystems is upon us.

With the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 launching so recently, Ubisoft today remind everyone that it is committed to mobile platforms too with the announcement of a new, standalone game for iOS and Android.
Apple's iOS is certainly not short of success stories when it comes to turning little known developers into household names. We perhaps wouldn't put ZeptoLab into the same bracket as the likes of ngmoco, but it certainly knows how to make a good iPhone and iPad game. If being a superhero is one of your ultimate dreams then it's time to forget about Superman, Batman, Spider-Man and any other 'big named' heroes of justice that spring to mind. The ultimate planetary savior has to be the Norse God of Thunder, Thor. Norse mythology tells us that Thor is the god of thunder, lightning, storms and strength and protects mankind with his belief in good over evil as well as his trusty hammer that smashes all that gets in its way. If emulating Thor is high on your list of ambitions then the official Thor: The Dark World game could be a good place to begin that emulation.
Amid celebrating an unprecedented success in the gaming industry, it must have slipped the mind of the folks at Rockstar that its GTA 5 iFruit app for Android was still pending, and despite having released the iFruit app for iOS users in the middle of last month, it's taken a full six weeks for the Android version to manifest. With the launch having passed and GTA Online now well and truly establishing itself, the release of GTA iFruit seems a bit of a futile gesture, but nonetheless, it's now available over at the Google Play Store.
