Ben Reid·May 7, 2015
The Olloclip is a famous and much-revered mobile accessory that can be clipped onto a smartphone's camera and offer all manner of great new lenses. From fish-eye to macro shots, the Olloclip has long broadened the horizons of point-and-shoot photographers, and while the company behind it has sought to cater to high-end Android devices like the Samsung Galaxy S5 in recent times, its core following is with those rocking the Apple iPhone. With this in mind, today's announcement of the OlloCase - a protective cover that plays nicely with the Olloclip lens systems - is an iPhone 6 / 6 Plus exclusive, and if you are an Olloclip user, you'll catch all the details below.

This iPhone 6, 6 Plus Case Can Heal Itself From Scratches [Video]

Ben Reid·May 1, 2015
The primary role of a protective smartphone case is to, well, protect a smartphone. But practicality is only part of the bargain nowadays as consumers seek style to boot, and as it transpires, a large portion of cases and covers look good but simply aren't adequate for purpose. The iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus shell we're featuring today not only ticks the boxes for ruggedness, finesse and lack of bulk, but offers a fairly unique little quirk in that it is able to heal itself.

This Wireless Battery Pack Attaches To Your iPhone Using Magnets [Video]

Paul Morris·April 29, 2015
It's no secret that the capabilities and technology contained within smartphones has progressed exponentially over the last decade. However, with that advancement comes the obvious trade-off; degraded battery life. There are plenty of options available in terms of third-party battery packs to offer additional juice while on the move. However, this new offering from a startup called Rubix looks to make things a little less clumsy for the end-user by offering additional iPhone battery life via a magnet connected pack.

Mophie Juice Pack Dock For iPhone 6, 6 Plus Released

Aatif·April 5, 2015
As smartphones continue to get laden with more and more features, powerful processors and better screens, the biggest dilemma of today is ultimately battery life. Manufacturers try several techniques to work around this; some insert higher capacity batteries into their devices, or an ultra power saver mode. iPhone has its own take on the matter, and thanks to the tight integration between the hardware and the OS, even smaller capacity batteries on the device last better than what Android has to offer. However, there are still scenarios where you need to have an external solution, and that's where portable power banks come in handy.

Popular ‘The Dress’ Meme Is Now Available As iPhone 6 / 6 Plus Case

Ben Reid·March 4, 2015
If you've had access to a digital device over the past few days, you'll no doubt have caught the furor surrounding that dress - or The Dress, as the Internet is calling it - and specifically, what color it was supposed to be. Some said blue and black, while others defiantly maintained that it was, in fact, white and gold. The meme, which originated on Tumblr, seemed to explode into life, and while a few days have passed since it first went viral, the debate continues to rage on. As a very appropriate sign of the times in which we live, the snap of the dress has been made into a phone case, with two different color configurations allowing owners to pick their poison, so whether you're "#WhiteAndGold" or "#BlackAndBlue," you can now, quite literally, dress your iPhone in the gown that threatened to break the Internet.

Aatif·March 3, 2015
If you ever had to type a quick email or two from your tablet or your phone whilst sipping away at a cup of coffee, you might have realized that on-screen keyboards aren't always the best option. Granted, they serve the purpose most of the time, but when doing long stretches of typing, you need to fall back on a dedicated, physical keyboard.

Apple’s World Travel Adapter Kit Now Costs $29, Ditches 30-Pin USB Cable

Ben Reid·February 24, 2015
It was way back with the iPhone 5 in 2012 that Apple introduced the smaller, reversible (although still proprietary) Lightning cable, which signaled the end of the 30-pin connector. Of course, many still did, and still do use devices rocking the old 30-pin socket, which is why Apple's World Travel Adapter Kit has hitherto included a 30-pin cable. Recognizing that after two-and-a-half years, many folks are now running on Lightning, the pack has been relieved of the 30-pin cable, and notably, now arrives at a cheaper cost.
