Totarya For iOS 7 Makes Social, Photos And Music Sharing A Breeze

Ben Reid·January 11, 2014
Jailbreak tweaks making it easier for iOS users to share content on social network are not exactly at a premium, but today we've stumbled across one that seems to go above and beyond the usual call of duty. Compatible with both iOS 6 and the all-new iOS 7, Totarya will let you share all kinds of data, including photos and music, from one easy-to-understand menu, and on top of that, you can also quickly post a tweet or Facebook update with relative ease.

Galaxy Note 3 Neo Leaks; A Slightly Smaller And Less Powerful Note 3 [Photo]

Ben Reid·January 10, 2014
Samsung is the mobile industry's power releaser, and even though the Galaxy Note 3 has sold in excess of 10 million units since the September release, the Korean company is already planning a revised, cheaper model. According to a leaked snap, we can now see how the handset stands up against the real deal, and since, in the eyes of many, the Note 3's specs amount to overkill anyway, perhaps the Neo model will sell strongly once it eventually debuts.

How To Get Folders On Any Nokia Windows Phone

Oliver Haslam·January 10, 2014
Nokia is keen to take the Windows Phone platform and to build on top of it, which is where the company's Lumia Black software update comes into play. Bringing new software features to handsets like the Lumia 1020 and Lumia 925, the software is available to users of those devices as of today. Other devices will get the update in the coming weeks, we're told.

You Can Get A Free Chromecast When Buying Moto X, Here’s How

Oliver Haslam·January 10, 2014
Motorola is showing no sign of slowing down its quest to get good quality Android devices into the hands of consumers without charging the Earth for them. After launching the Moto G and sewing up the budget Android market with a device that belies its price tag, Motorola is now seeing its Moto X smartphone drop in price with an aim to really squeeze into the Android market.

How To Add Contact Photos To iOS 7 Messages App

Ben Reid·January 10, 2014
Although iOS allows you to add images to contacts in your address book, for some reason, this feature still does not extend to the SMS app. Thankfully, the jailbreak tweak SMSContactPhotos, which essentially explains itself, has been updated for iOS 7, and as seems to be particularly in vogue for this latest Apple firmware release, has been named SMSContactPhotos7.

How To Take Screenshot On iPhone / iPad Remotely From A Mac

Paul Morris·January 10, 2014
The ability capture screenshots from an iOS device is extremely handy, and in most situations does a perfectly good job for the use case of the masses. With that said, if you're a developer, designer, app reviewer or just someone who derives excitement from capturing screenshots, then it can become a little tiresome having to capture screenshots on a device and then export to a computer or laptop for processing. Thankfully for us, the new iOS Capture app for Mac OS X users aims to resolve this issue by letting us remotely capture screenshots directly from our iOS device without even touching it. Technical genius or black magic? You decide.

iPhone 5s Vs Lumia 1020 Vs DSLR – Elite Cameras Compared

Ben Reid·January 10, 2014
Nokia, which was recently subject to an acquisition by close partner Microsoft, has struggled in the smartphone industry since the iPhone came into play, but while lackluster sales are largely attributable to the Windows Phone ecosystem, there's no question that the devices themselves - particularly the cameras - are of the highest order. DPReview has pitted the revered 41-megapixel sensor of the Lumia 1020 and the 8-megapixel rear-facing snapper of the iPhone 5s against some of its favorite DSLRs, and aside from other findings, determined that the Nokia camera is more than just a little bit better than that of its rival. In fact, it's far, far superior.

This iWatch Concept Is Based On iPhone 5s And 5c Design [Photos]

Ben Reid·January 9, 2014
Although we've not heard or seen a great deal of tangible evidence to suggest that an Apple iWatch is even in existence, those in favor of the idea have continued to maintain that the Cupertino Company will be joining the likes of Pebble, Samsung and Sony in due course by releasing its own smartwatch. While it's somewhat difficult to get excited about something that mightn't ever see the light of the day, we can always rely on the designers to conjure up some interesting visuals, and resident concept-maker Martin Hajek has come through with an intriguing two-pronged iWatch[s] and iWatch[c] concept, akin to the higher-end iPhone 5s and it's cheaper, polycarbonate accomplice.

Apple And Samsung CEOs Agree To Meet Again Outside Of Court For Peace Talks

Paul Morris·January 9, 2014
Even after so many rounds of patent disputes in court, and many wins and losses, Samsung and Apple always manage to make the headline from time to time, one way or the other. Everyone involved in this dispute knows that things can't continue down that path all the time, which is why the CEOs of Apple Inc. and Samsung Electronics have agreed to meet as part of a mediated session on February 19th.
