Jailbreak iOS 13.5.5 Without Or No Computer, Here’s How [Video Tutorial]
Here’s how to jailbreak iOS 13.5.5 and iPadOS 13.5.5 beta 1 without or no computer right on the device itself using Unc0ver 5.2.0 on all of Apple’s iPhone and iPad devices that are capable of running iOS 13.5.5.
If you are remotely involved in the jailbreak community – even if it is just a passing or fleeting interest – then you will likely know that the scene is awash and alive with activity at the moment.
This is due to the fact that researchers, hackers, and developers have been able to circumvent Apple’s security mechanism quite frequently in recent times in order to produce jailbreaks. iOS 13.5.5 beta 1 is no different.
Let’s take a look on how to jailbreak iOS 13.5.5 beta 1 using no computer method as show in the video below:
The written instructions to complete the jailbreak are highlighted below:
Launch the Safari web browser on your device and head on over to the URL that is linked in this embedded video.
Once that page has loaded, scroll down, and locate the unc0ver jailbreak v5.2.0 app.
Select the white Get button and then select the blue Get button once the next page has loaded. Next, tap on Install when the new dialogue pops up. If you pop to the Home screen on your device you will notice it installing.
Now, open the Settings app and tap General followed by Device Management. Tap the profile followed by Trust. Tap Trust again on the next screen.
Launch the uncover 5.2.0 app from your Home screen and then tap on the blue Jailbreak button to start the jailbreak process. Keep in mind that it is normal for the device to reboot a few times during the process.
Once the device has rebooted, launch unc0ver once again and tap the Jailbreak button. Once it reboots, you will see that you have Cydia installed.
Once you have that final set of resprings and reboots, simply unlock the device, swipe to the final Home screen on your device and you should see that beautiful iconic Cydia logo just sitting there waiting for your attention. It’s unlikely that this process will work forever due to the codesigning limitations in place but at the time of writing it is an excellent solution to jailbreak iOS 13.5.5.
