How To View Your PS4 Gaming Stats For The Entirety Of 2019

We may be halfway through the first month of 2020, but the folks over at Sony don’t seem to think it’s too late to reflect on the past year. To that end, the company has made available a new tool for the PlayStation 4 player-base that lets them view their gaming stats for the entirety of 2019.

Called PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up, the tool shows the number of games played through the year, top games by hours played, top genre by hours played, and total trophies earned, among other year-end statistics.

The tool is available on the PlayStation website in select locations. To be eligible for the tool, users must be 18 years of age or older, have more than 10 hours of play time in 2019 – between January 1 and December 10, to be specific – and have allowed their PS4 to collect additional data. You can check whether the option to collect additional data is enabled on your console by opening up its settings and selecting Device Data/Health & Safety > Device Data.

If everything is in order, you should be able to view your year-end PS4 stats simply by visiting the PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up website and signing in with your PSN credentials. Once your done feeding your own curiosity, you can even share your stats over social media directly from the website.

In addition to the new tool, PlayStation fans are also getting a free dynamic theme and seven avatars to match their 2019 stats and “reflect their gameplay persona.” These cater for fans of major genres ranging from first-person shooters and action-adventure games to platformers and sports titles.

So what were your most played games of 2019? How many trophies did you snag? Sound off in the comments section below.
