How To Add Night Mode To iPhone 11 / Pro Ultra-Wide, Selfie Camera Lens

Here’s how to add night mode feature to iPhone 11, Pro, Pro Max ultra-wide and selfie camera lens as Apple’s stock iOS Camera app doesn’t bring this feature to the aforementioned lenses.

Popular photography app NeuralCam has been updated to version 1.2 and it adds a couple of features that iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro users will be pleased to see. The update claims that it can add support for Night Mode to the ultra-wide camera as well as the selfie cam.

The stock Camera app on the latest iPhones doesn’t support Dark Mode with either of those cameras. Apple says it’s because they don’t have the Focus Pixels required to make it work. But that doesn’t seem to be stopping NeuralCam from doing it.

We haven’t yet had chance to test this for ourselves, so we’d love to hear from you if you’ve taken it for a spin. Let us know in the comments below.

There are other changes, too. Even if you’re using one of the older iPhones. They include a new engine that is said to be built on top of Apple’s own Deep Fusion. Focus has also been reworked with a clearer and cleaner interface to make it easier to use. Selfie shots also get a new illumination algorithm.

NeuralCam 1.2 is live, bringing Night Mode to the iPhone 11’s Ultra Wide camera, along with major improvements in terms of image quality.

This update is available to download from the App Store now and is free for those who already own the app. If you’re new to NeuralCam, you can pick it up for $2.99. And remember, let us know how you find these new features.
