Apple has seeded iTunes 9.2 beta, along with iOS 4 GM (pre-release) for iPhone 3GS, 3G and iPod touch via Apple Developer Connection. This release is strictly for testing purposes and is currently available for Mac OS X only.
The final version of iTunes 9.2 (along with Windows version of) will most probably be available at the same time as the public release of iOS 4.0 for iPhone and iPod touch i.e. June 21st.
