You can now download iOS 13.3 beta 2 and iPadOS 13.3 beta 2 as IPSW links or an over-the-air (OTA) update file for your compatible iPhone or iPad. As always, we have all of the details for you as Apple continues to try and streamline and improve the iOS 13/iPadOS 13 experience across all compatible devices.

With the seeding of iOS 13.3 and iPadOS 13.3, Apple is attempting to fix a few important things that have irked people.

Memory management is one of those things, with a lot of user complaining that the effective management of device resources is non-existent at the moment. This should prevent iOS/iPadOS from killing apps at its own discretion and prevent Safari from freaking out regularly.

This release also brings new Communication Limits in the Screen Time app in order to set rules about who a user can and can’t communicate with during the allowed screen time. Parents will find this feature particularly useful for their children. The release is also full of bug fixes and miscellaneous patches designed to make iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 as bug-free and reliable as possible.

If you are involved in the world of iOS development and are producing software for iPhone or iPad, then you will definitely want to delve into this latest release and see whether or not Apple is pushing forward in the right direction. You are a customer of Apple, but your customers also need to be able to interact with your app(s) so it’s imperative that iOS 13.3 beta 2 and iPadOS 13.3 beta 2 hasn’t broken anything that will affect your customers. Check it out right now and find out!
