Apple’s Back To School 2022 Goes Live Around The World

Apple’s annual Back to School promotion has gone live in various countries around the world with the United States, Canada, and others all taking part.

Under the promotion, Apple is giving people a free git card with the purchase of some Mac and iPads, a change from last year which saw free AirPods given away. Students will also benefit from a 20% saving on AppleCare+ purchases, too.

The new Back to School promotion is now underway and will end on September 26, giving students and parents plenty of time to get their purchases in.

MacRumors has the details:

Apple is offering a $150 gift card with the purchase of any new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, or iMac model, and a $100 gift card with the purchase of any new iPad Pro or iPad Air model, with full terms and conditions outlined on Apple’s website. The gift cards can be used towards the purchase of Apple products, accessories, App Store apps, subscriptions to services like Apple Music, iCloud+ storage, and more.

These offers don’t impact the existing discounts that are already applied to purchases made via the dedicated education Apple Stores.

Some of Apple’s newest products are part of the deal, with the M2-powered MacBook Air and 13-inch MacBook Pro both included, although you’ll need to wait for the former to actually go on sale — something that is expected to happen next month.
