Apple Arcade Adds Five More Games For iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Two More For Mac

Apple Arcade has grown by five new iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV games with a further two arriving for the Mac. Apple shipped macOS 10.15 Catalina recently, bringing the Mac into the Apple Arcade fold.

The five new games all cover a variety of genres and because this is Apple Arcade, they’re all free. There are no in-app purchases to deal with either.

The five games now available for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV are:

  • Decoherence by Efecto Studios
  • INMOST by Chucklefish
  • Mind Symphony by Rogue Games
  • ShockRods by Stainless Games
  • Stela by SkyBox Labs

Alongside these games, two more Mac games also came to macOS late this week. They include:

  • Pilgrims by Amanita Design
  • Shantae and the Seven Sirens

Apple Arcade is available for $4.99 per month and that gives all of the family access to more than 100 games. None of those games have any in-app purchases or ads, making Apple Arcade a perfect fit for anyone with children. Games are compatible with iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac and more are being added weekly. There’s also a free month’s trial available for anyone who has yet to take Apple Arcade for a whirl.

We’d suggest that Apple Arcade is something all gamers should have in their arsenal. It really is a no-brainer at that price, even if you only play one or two games per month.

Following are trailers for three of the new games.
