A picture of the iPad has just surfaced on Twitter, which shows Cydia running on a jailbroken iPad. The iPhone/iPad jailbroken community is surely working hard on bringing all the iPhone/iPod touch -like “magic” on the iPad. Picture after the jump.

They have been tipped by a developer from PixelCUBE Studios – a firm which holds the number one spot in iTunes list of free app, who has spotted not one or two, but three difference versions of iPhone OS 4.x running on different iDevices: iPhone 4.1, 4.0.1 and 4.0.

Wow! that was quick! MuscleNerd of iPhone Dev Team has just posted a tweet which confirms that iPad has been jailbroken in less than 24 hours of release. This according to him has been achieved through a cross-team effort with Chronic Dev Team, comex and chpwn.

We’re quite sure everyone knows by now that there are going to be two models of the iPad, one is the WiFi model and the other which sports 3G. The WiFi model was made available to public today, and the 3G model which will ship in late April was spotted this morning in one of the Apple Stores at San Jose Valley Fair.
Apple has just released the iPhone SDK 3.2 on the iPhone Dev Center for developers, interested in developing for iPhone, iPod touch and the newly released iPad. iPhone SDK 3.2 includes the Xcode IDE, iPhone Simulator, and a suite of additional tools for developing applications for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

Windows Phone 7 Series was the official name of the new upcoming mobile OS of Microsoft. It may have sounds catchy for some, but for many, it was tacky at best. And so thankfully, the official Windows Phone account on twitter has confirmed this morning that Microsoft is dropping the “Series” part in the OS name, and so it will be now called as “Windows Phone 7”.
