Tim Cook came to the Palo Alto Apple Store to greet customers in line for the launch of the iPhone X. Cook's appearance at the store came after Thursday's quarterly earnings conference call, during which he spoke about the high starting price of an iPhone X, comparing it to the cost of a coffee per day.
