New iMac And AirPods Ready But No Release Window Has Been Set [Report]

2020 might be one from the very worst timeline so far, but it isn’t stopping Apple from releasing products. We’ve already seen new iPad Pro and MacBook Pro refreshes, not to mention a new iPhone SE. We’re also expecting new iPhones later this year, but we could be seeing a new iMac and AirPods as well according to a leaker.

Jon Prosser has become particularly prolific of late, detailing the release window for the iPhone SE and MacBook Pro refreshes before they were announced.

Now he’s taken to Twitter to say that both iMac and AirPods refreshes are also complete. They just need to be announced.

There are a few variables here, though. Prosser said that he didn’t know when those announcements would come, so we’re left to guess there. He also said that he didn’t know which AirPods we should expect to get some love this time around.

DigiTimes has been claiming that AirPods Lite are in the works, but that’s likely a new version of the traditional AirPods.

Prosser did say that he would share more details on the announcements when he has it. Previously we’d have suggested that might not happen but given his recent form, we’re more inclined to keep our breath held.

Just maybe not for too long!
