Gridlock is fully compatible to work with existing Cydia apps like Infinidock, Infinifolders, FCSB, Iconoclasm and FivelRows and many others. However if you are using Infiniboard or iTunes icon arrangement, you may want to avoid this app as it is not compatible with these two apps.
