An awesome new theme, for jailbroken iPhones has been announced, over at the iPodTouchFans forums. It is a full UI theme, mimicking that of Apple's newest device, the iPad. It is currently in public beta, and is close to being released.

In addition to supporting video conferencing through a front facing camera and external LED flash, the new firmware will also include built-in tools which will enable to do basic photo editing like crop and rotate directly on device without any third party app.

MacRumors is reporting on a new job posting by Apple which reveals the possibility of video-capturing capabilities in the next-generation models of Apple iPad. According to the job posting, Apple is looking for a assurance engineer in Media Systems division of their Interactive Media Group which will focus on testing frameworks for digital camera technology in iPad Media segment.

The company thinks that soon when every other device will transform into a touchscreen as a standard for input mechanism, there maybe a revolt and folks would like a change. Folks over at Slide-to-Play have published 7 different videos, showing hands-on experience with existing iPhone games running on the newly announced iPad.
