Apple Publishes 30 Creative Activities For Kids Staying Home During Coronavirus Pandemic

Apple has published “30 Creative Activities for Kids” in the form of a worksheet that is meant to help keep children entertained – and educated – while they are forced to stay at home during the coronavirus pandemic. Schools are closed around the globe and Apple is helping fill the void.

The 30 different activities include things that children can do at home, like creating comic strips, while others are more suited to when we can all leave our homes more freely.

Apple says that the activities are designed for “children in grades PK–2,” but that they can also “easily be tailored for the whole family.”

Apple CEO Tim Cook also posted to Twitter to say that Apple’s education team had been behind the “fun ways to keep kids everywhere creating”.

All 30 Creative Activities for Kids can be downloaded from for free from here. It’s in PDF form and can be printed and used time and time again, too.

Apple continues to do its part during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. It was one of the first to close its offices and retail stores to help the social distancing initiative, for example. The company is also working to provide face masks and shields to health workers who need them, too.

At the time of writing Apple Stores around the globe are closed and are set to remain that way in the coming weeks. Only stores in Greater China are open following their own period of closure.
