Funny Or Die Releases Teaser Trailer For ‘iSteve’ Movie [VIDEO]

Ben Reid·April 2, 2013
Comedy site Funny or Die recently announced its intention to release iSteve, a feature-length movie based on the life of Steve Jobs. What with two further major upcoming cinema releases based on the late, great Apple co-founder, the idea of a Jobs-related movie isn't entirely new, but Funny or Die's effort should certainly be a lot more of a lighthearted take on the life and times of Mr. Jobs. More details and video after the jump.

AT&T HTC One Release Date Confirmed For April 19, Pre-Orders Going Live From 4th [VIDEO]

Ben Reid·April 2, 2013
Further to the earlier reports that AT&T would begin taking pre-orders of HTC One handset on April 4th, it has also been revealed that the device will cost $200 as opposed to $250. Moreover, the device will be available on the carrier as of April 19th, meaning it will in fact retail before Samsung's Galaxy S4 hits US shores, and at $200, it would be 20% cheaper up-front than its main Android rival.

GTA 5 Official Retail Box Art Unveiled [IMAGE]

Ben Reid·April 2, 2013
As gamers continue to wait anxiously for the release of Grand Theft Auto 5 after it was delayed from Spring until September, Rockstar Games has sought to keep fans interested by releasing an image of the box art set to grace the cover of the title when it does finally release. Although the game itself should be head and shoulders above previous iterations in terms of visuals and aesthetics, the cover is every bit similar to the ones we're used to seeing from the old PlayStation 2 days. As well as giving us a glimpse of the cover, the publisher / developer also released another batch of GTA V screenshots earlier as a reminder of just how pretty the title is going to be.

Samsung Reportedly Working On Supersized ‘Galaxy Mega’ Smartphones

Ben Reid·April 2, 2013
Samsung is well known for pushing the boundaries in the mobile division, never shy to pack in seemingly excessive hardware like the Galaxy S4's octa-core Exynos 5 processor. As well as continually pushing the overpowered SoCs, the Korean company also enjoys pushing the displays sizes up further and further, and although there must eventually come a point whereby the limit is reached and the screen cannot get any bigger, it doesn't look as though that time will be coming anytime soon. With the Galaxy Note II at 5.5-inches and the Galaxy S4 offering 5-inches of real estate, the latest reports suggest the company is ready to turn things up a notch with a new line of 5.8-inch and 6.3-inch 'Galaxy Mega' handsets.

Get Notification Center On Windows Phone And Windows 8 With Unification

Oliver Haslam·April 2, 2013
If there's one negative that is consistently levelled at Windows Phone, it's the platform's lack of any kind of unified notification system. Unlike Android or iOS, Windows Phone does not feature an area of the operating system that plays host to all new notifications, meaning it can be easy to miss something important.

Download OS X 10.8.4 Mountain Lion Build 12E27 [Devs And Testers Only]

Ben Reid·April 2, 2013
Apple has just begun seeding the next installment of Mac OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4) to both AppleSeed testers and developers registered at Dev Center. The associated information offers very little in the way of detail, but considering this is just a minor number bump up from OS X 10.8.3, we wouldn't expect anything groundbreaking to reveal itself here.

Next Two iPhones To Carry Steve Jobs’ Design Aesthetics, Says Apple Representative

Ben Reid·April 2, 2013
There was some debate as to whether it was the iPhone 4S, or indeed the iPhone 5 that should be considered in Apple folklore as Steve Jobs' "last project" before his untimely passing back in October 2011. Just as we thought the next era of Apple would see the company attempt to find its feet without its most influential scholar, Apple's government liaison has revealed that the next two generations of iPhone have long since been developed, and that in actual fact, both were designed before Steve Jobs succumbed to his illness.

Ben Reid·April 2, 2013
Playboy has launched a brand-new lifestyle app for the iPhone, and although the magazine is renowned for its very colorful content, the new app is decidedly toned-down, and different in some ways from the web version. As well as pictorials featuring fully-clothed subjects, there is plenty of lifestyle-orientated content on offer, and the app, which is free to download from the App Store. The jailbreak scene is not only invaluable for all those practical tweaks that enhance the functionality of iOS, but also a great wealth of resources to those looking to freshen up the look of their iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Color Keyboard, as we first reported on when it was introduced back in 2011, lives up to its name by allowing you to create all kinds of interesting looks to your keys, and a currently free theme by the name of "Dashing" is one of the best CK themes we've seen to date.

‘Facebook Home’ For Android Leaked Ahead Of Official Announcement [IMAGES]

Ben Reid·April 1, 2013
Earlier on, sources revealed that Facebook's big revelation at Facebook Home on April 4th would entail an all-new operating system from the social outfit, based on Android. Much in the way Amazon offers its own, custom OS atop Google's open-source ecosystem, Zuck is said to be about to reveal a similar offering tailored to the world's largest social network, and now, AndroidPolice has gotten its hands on a system software dump of the very first device said to carry the new software.
