You can now download, static, non-Live version of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus wallpapers based on the artwork available on the official site of iPhone 7 by Apple. It’s important to note that Apple for some reason doesn’t include these as part of shipping devices.
Now that iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are beginning to find their way into the hands of early adopters around the globe, initial reports are positive that Apple might have another winner on its hands despite many suggesting that 2017 might be the year to buy an iPhone, with the device set to celebrate its 10th birthday next year.
One thing that tends to happen when any new smartphone is released, be that an iPhone or one of the latest Android flagship devices, is that any new first-party wallpapers that are used to promote them find their way onto the internet. While they can often be less than inspiring, or just downright ugly, those used by Apple on its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus site are actually rather nice. If nothing more, they’re certainly rather colorful.
All five of them have been converted into usable wallpapers and put online for everyone to enjoy, and they can be used with any smartphone and not just an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus.
All of the wallpapers come in a native resolution of 1242 × 2208 and look rather lovely to our eyes. Having an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus wallpaper might not get you the fancy new camera setup or that A10 CPU but who is to say you can’t have your own device at least look a little bit like a brand new flagship iPhone based on the art Apple uses to promote them?
Not us, that’s for sure!
The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus went on sale across a huge chunk of the globe today and will reach further countries in the coming weeks. Stock levels are an issue however, so if you don’t have one of the new iPhones in hand right now, you may have to settle in for a little wait unfortunately.

Update x1: Twitter user @AR72014 has released an unofficial wallpaper pack for iPhone 7 that is matching the colors the handsets are officially available in from Apple. This includes Silver, Black, Jet Black, Gold and Rose Gold.
