Here’s What The GTA 5 Trailer Looks Like When Remade In Real Life [Video]

Ben Reid·July 1, 2014
Grand Theft Auto 5 has been a monumental success for Rockstar Games, having broken all sorts of sales records following its release late last year. With a next-gen version for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, as well as the PC also in the pipeline, GTA fans remain very much engaged with this immensely popular title, and none perhaps more so than the guys at Zapruder Pictures. In Spain's capital city of Madrid, the folks of Zapruder have parodied the entire trailer in real life, and the result, as you'll see below, is truly something to admire.

GTA 5 Trailer On PS4 Vs PS3: Side-By-Side Graphics Comparison [Video]

Ben Reid·June 17, 2014
Grand Theft Auto 5 wasn't just the biggest release in the gaming calendar last year, but an entertainment launch of unprecedented proportions, smashing numerous records including many of those consistently claimed by Activision's Call of Duty franchise. But despite incredible successes in 2013, the story of GTA 5 has not yet reached its conclusion, with an upscaled launch headed to the Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4 in due course. To give us an idea of just how much better it will look on the next-gen machines compared to those preceding, a new side-by-side clip has been released of the title on PS3 vs. PS4, and as you might imagine, the difference is stark.

Xbox One To Get 10% Graphics Boost At Expense Of Kinect

Ben Reid·June 5, 2014
The Microsoft Xbox One is set to get a graphics boost that will offer around a ten percent bump on the current configuration, although it will only be effective when the Kinect sensor is not connected to the machine. The motion-detecting peripheral, which Microsoft opted to bundle in with the console for several months before recently offering a cheaper, Kinect-free solution, is not deemed essential by some avid gamers looking for a better all-round performance to better match the PlayStation's, and thus, this move actually makes a great deal of sense.

Download Official Xbox One Controller Drivers For Windows PC

Ben Reid·June 5, 2014
Microsoft spent an unspeakable amount of money in improving the Xbox One's controller over that of its predecessor, but up until now, PC gamers haven't been able to take advantage of it without following the fairly tedious, hacky methods demonstrated on YouTube and such. But now, the official PC driver for the Xbox One control pad has just been rolled out, so if you want to enjoy your favorite titles on Windows while also utilizing the decidedly comfortable new controller, check the details below.

Halo 5: Guardians For Xbox One Announced, Gets A Release Date

Ben Reid·May 16, 2014
The Halo franchise has been key to Microsoft's successes in the console market, with the Xbox exclusivity of the famed first-person shooter helping the Xbox 360 to fend off the PlayStation 3 in the battle of the previous-gen machines. After a slow start this time around, it's fair to say that the software giant needs a boost in order to make the ground up on the PlayStation 4, and today's announcement of Halo 5: Guardians will surely have fans of the popular franchise salivating in anticipation.

GTA 5 To Get Xbox One, PS4 Makeover This Year!

Ben Reid·May 15, 2014
Rockstar Games has indicated that its flagship Grand Theft Auto 5 title could be in line for its next-gen makeover before the end of the company's fiscal year, which is March 2015. Although he didn't explicitly mention an updated GTA 5 at any point during a keynote at a financial call, Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Rockstar's parent company Take-Two, revealed that his company is "excited about what [Rockstar] has in store for the new generation of systems this fiscal year," which is a not-so-subtle hint that the record-busting title could hit the PS4 and Xbox One within the next ten months.

Microsoft Announces $399 Edition Xbox One

Ben Reid·May 13, 2014
We knew that the next-gen console price wars wouldn't take too long to commence, and Microsoft has lit the blue touchpaper to rival Sony by dropping the price of its Xbox One from $499 to just $399. Of course, such a significant decrease some six months after launch was always going to present a catch, and in this case you'll have to forgo the Kinect motion / voice sensor if you want to take advantage of the price-drop. Still, if you're a purist and were never particularly enchanted by the improvements made to the original Kinect sensor, your decision on which console to purchase just got interesting.

Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare Trailer, Release Date Official, Watch It Here! [VIDEO]

Ben Reid·May 2, 2014
The Call of Duty franchise has been running strong for the past few years, and although some gamers have expressed angst at the continual re-hash of a theme that doesn't appear to change much year-in, year-out, the sales figures suggest that Activsion's flagship first-person shooter is still immensely popular to this day. The first trailer for 2014's installment - Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - has just been released, and features Hollywood veteran Kevin Spacey. Check it out after the break!
