A Dutch hacker recently threatened all jailbroken iPhone users with a proof of concept showing that their phones stand vulnerable to high risk and are absolutely unsafe after being jailbroken. He made use of port scanning method to find jailbroken iPhones in his country Netherlands running with SSH. He then sent unaware and totally off guard users a SMS message which read: "Your iPhone's been hacked because it's really insecure! Please visit doiop.com/iHacked and secure your iPhone right now! Right now, I can access all your files.". The screen is question can be seen in the screenshot below.

For those of you who don't know, blackra1n is a jailbreaking tool which can unlock all iPhone’s (2G, 3G and 3GS) and iPod touches (2G, 3G) running the latest iPhone firmware 3.1.2. Good news for those of you who accidently upgraded to iPhone 3.1.x firmware from iTunes! George Hotz (aka geohot) has confirmed in his blog post today that he is working on a tool dubbed blacksn0w, which will ultimately unlock 05.11.07 baseband (modem firmware) on iPhone 3G/3GS running iPhone 3.1.x firmware.
