Planetbeing Of Evad3rs has confirmed that jailbreak exploits used in iOS 6, 6.0.x, 6.1 and 6.1.2 has been patched by Apple in the newly released iOS 6.1.3 beta 2 firmware.
The iPad mini is most certainly far from a perfect device.
