Apple has today announced a new fourth-gen Apple TV 4K and HomePod mini 2, with both devices joining the HomeView in Apple’s new smart home lineup.

Both of these new devices are available for preorder today, with the Apple TV 4K going on sale November 13.

The new HomePod mini 2 will officially go on sale on October 30. As for pricing, the Apple TV 4K now costs $299, while the HomePod mini 2 sells for $149.

The new HomePod mini 2 is identical to the previous model, with new colors on offer and color-matched USB-C cables included. The HomePod mini 2 comes in pink, green, blue, white, and midnight.

The new smart speaker supports Siri AI for the first time, and it can also be used with a Mac or an Apple TV 4K. Those who own the new fourth-gen Apple TV 4K can also use four of these new speakers as a surround sound setup.

The new Apple TV 4K supports Siri AI, like the new HomePod mini 2 and HomeView, and has a new Siri Remote that includes Find My support for easier locating.

The streaming device also now uses an A19 chip, making for a more performant app experience and improving support for games. The AV1 decoder means the new device can stream video while using less bandwidth.
