Apple Watch Series 6 Will Be Available In A New Color [Report]

We know a few things about the Apple Watch Series 6 that we expect to be announced tomorrow. We expect it to bring a blood oxygen monitor to the wearable for the first time, and that’s a big deal. But we might now also know something else.

According to one leaker, a new color is on the cards.

That’s according to anonymous Twitter leaker @L0vetodream who took to the social network overnight to say that a new color is coming. They didn’t say what that color would be, although we’ve been hearing murmurs that a blue color could be the one we see tomorrow.

Apple is using blue across its event advertising and we’ve also heard that a navy blue iPhone 12 Pro is in the works, too. We’d assume that such an Apple Watch would be made from aluminum, too.

The same leaker also said that we can expect the Apple Watch Series 6 to be available online from tomorrow, too. It’s likely that this would be the pre-order phase with shipping taking place later, but the immediacy is something we can look forward to.

A third tweet appeared to suggest that some sort of quick-charge capability will be part of the Apple Watch, too. That could be vital for users who are expecting to take advantage of the new sleep tracking capabilities that will be part of watchOS 7.

The event will take place at 10:00 PDT tomorrow, September 15. We don’t have too long to wait before we know exactly what will go down!
