Tesla Cybertruck Production Is Increasing As More Vehicles Are Spotted

The Tesla Cybertruck is finally on sale with early deliveries having already taken place, and there are new signs that production is finally starting to tamp up.

That could mean that actually getting your hands on a new Cybertruck will be easier than ever, with a drone pilot showing off what appears to be a new collection of completed Cybertrucks waiting for delivery to their new owners.

According to the drone pilot, there were 19 completed Cybertrucks being prepared for shipping with a few more in testing areas around the Gigafactory Texas facility.

Beyond that, a further 15 were parked at the south end of the factory although it remains to be seen if there are more to be added to this collection.

However, it’s clear that things are improving in terms of Cybertruck production which is something that has been a long time coming. The Cybertruck was announced in 2019 but suffered multiple delays and production issues, as did many vehicles throughout the COVID-19 pandemic years.

Electrek notes that Tesla CEO Elon Musk had previously claimed that the company would need around 18 months before it would be able to ramp up production to around 250,000 units per year, and it seems that while Tesla is some way off being able to boast those figures, things are at least starting to move in the right direction.
