We’re big fans of the Iron Man series of films here at Redmond Pie, and we’re going to go out on a limb and guess that you probably are, too. The movies always do extremely well at the Box Office, and home format sales tend to be pretty great too. That’s why Marvel said they were launching a JARVIS-inspired iOS app not long ago along with the launch of Iron Man 3 movie on iTunes, and that app is now live on the App Store.

Users of iPhones come in all shapes and sizes, but when you find a proper hardcore fan of Apple’s smartphone then the chances are pretty good that they’re also rather keen on a spot of science fiction. We’d have to count ourselves firmly in that category, and we’d definitely argue that it’s no bad thing.

Iron Man Fever is currently gripping fans of the Marvel series in light of the theatrical release of Iron Man 3 worldwide, and having recently spawned a full-size Iron Man suit for the real-die hard fan to drool over, the merchandise mill continues to barrage us with daily updates. In the offing for today is a delightful Iron Man 3 case for the all-new Samsung Galaxy S4, and while it’s not going to tempt me away from getting an HTC One, I have to admit, it’s pretty darn cool.

Fans of Iron Man and other superheroes are serious people when it comes to their favorite franchises, which means they love to buy merchandise. It’s the real reason comic books and movies are so lucrative – they make their own money, but it’s merchandise where everyone really lines their pockets.

Marvel’s Iron Man 3 will soon be arriving at a cinema near you, and to accompany the release, developer and publisher Gameloft has been hard at work prepping a game for fans to enjoy alongside the movie. Iron Man 3 the game is set to hit the App and Google Play Stores at the end of the month, and with the first Iron Man 3 gameplay trailer having teased toward the close of March, a second has just arrived to whet the appetites of Iron Man fans the world over.
