When I was a teenager I used to work at the electronics department at the local Sears store in my neighborhood mall. Now, before you start making fun of me, I’d like to say that I learned a lot about electronics and technology while working there.

Jailbreaking your iPhone isn’t illegal, but it doesn’t mean Apple has to like it. In fact, they outright hate it. With each update, they make it more and more difficult for the talented community to release a successful jailbreaking tool. I’m sure I’m not the only one patiently awaiting the next untethered version.
Apple has come a long way from its humble beginnings. When the company introduced their Apple I and Apple II platforms in the late seventies, it paved way for the iPads, and MacBooks of today. Their first product was sold as an assembled circuit board –the keyboard, monitor and case had to be added by the owner. In some instances, a wooden case was used.

Social networks such as Facebook and Google+ (well, mostly Facebook) have become increasingly popular over the years. Benefits include being able to stay in touch and interacting with more people at the same time and making new friends along the way. They also help remind you of important events, birthdays and anniversaries that you otherwise may miss or forget. They do have their downsides too.
Whether it's an iPhone 4S, a Samsung Galaxy S II or a HTC Desire, we all love our smartphones, and most of us couldn't function day-to-day without them.
